Level Winder for coiling multiple strips of extrusion on individual spools. The unit pictured here has two mandrels to allow loading and unloading of spools without hindering production. The unit follows line speed and has adjustable pitch for different width of profiles.
The above Level Winding Machine has mechanical variable pitch for different product widths and it accepts a spool 36 inches in diameter and up to 24 inches wide. It can be designed to accommodate any extrusion speed. Seperate dancer unit is not shown.
