Extrusion Drilling Equipment for production manufacturing

Our numerous models of production drilling machines are designed so that adjustments and drill bit changes can be made without stopping production. These machines are servo driven and can drill holes from 4" centers @ 100 fpm to whatever spacing is desired.

Pictured are examples of two head extrusion drilling machines with pullers.	This drill machine was stretched in length so that the customer could twist the profile to drill holes in two bulbs. One bulb was drilled from the top side of the extrusion, the other the bottom side.
